May River Medicare began in 2011 in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, out of a simple frustration: Medicare was needlessly confusing, and far too many people were signed up and then left to fend for themselves. Once the paperwork was done, the help disappeared — right when real questions started.
We decided to build something different. An agency that educates first — putting Medicare in plain language before any decision — then shops the whole market to find the plan that actually fits your life, and never walks away. Not after enrollment. Not next year. Not when a claim gets denied or a drug gets rejected.
Today, that same belief drives everything we do.
