It drives our secure client portal, intake and e-application workflows, appointment booking, nationwide quoting, visitor analytics, communications, and back-office automation.
All source code, business logic, data models, database structures, API’s, interfaces, workflows, design, and documentation of theZwall Connect — together with the names “theZwall Connect,” “theZwall,” and all related brands, logos, and marks — are the exclusive property of XtreamData LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
No person or entity may access, probe, inspect, scrape, crawl, copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, replicate, resell, or build a derivative of theZwall Connect, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.
1 Full Intellectual Property Ownership
May River Medicare Insurance and its technology provider XtreamData LLC are the sole and exclusive owners of all content, source code, system logic, user-interface design, structure, and digital assets displayed on this website, within the official May River Medicare mobile applications, and within our proprietary platform, theZwall Connect.
This ownership is comprehensive and unconditional. It applies to every component of our digital ecosystem, including but not limited to:
- All written content, text, scripts, disclosures, and instructional language
- The theZwall website theme, design system, layout, structure, flow, and navigation
- Our theZwall Connect CRM — its code, logic, data structures, workflows, and interfaces
- Color schemes, design tokens, graphics, branding, icons, logos, and trade dress
- All user-experience concepts, forms, quoting flows, and interactive elements
- Our nationwide county-by-county & ZIP-code Medicare quote engine
- Every calculator, plan matcher, coverage directory, and educational tool
- Search systems, enrollment tools, custom algorithms, and logic sequences
- App interface components, menus, buttons, animations, transitions, and UX patterns
- The client portal, secure document handling, and all back-office automation
- All technology created, managed, hosted, or developed by XtreamData LLC
These works are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, digital-protection, and unfair-competition laws, and every right not expressly granted is reserved.
2 Strict Prohibition on Copying & Reverse Engineering
No competitor, contractor, developer, agency, marketer, or third party is permitted to copy, imitate, modify, adapt, replicate, distribute, translate, reverse-engineer, decode, decompile, inspect, scrape, or manipulate any part of the May River Medicare or theZwall Connect digital ecosystem.
- Copying our content, quote tools, calculators, layout, or menus is strictly prohibited.

Any discovery of stolen content, similar layouts, replicated workflows, matching tools, or cloned app structures — whether intentional or merely “inspired by” — will be treated as an act of infringement and pursued aggressively.

4 Licensing, Permissions & Technology Requests
Anyone seeking authorized use of our technology, content, brands, or digital systems — including any part of theZwall Connect — must first obtain written approval from XtreamData LLC. Verbal permission, assumptions of “fair use,” or silence do not constitute a license.
5 Legal Enforcement & Penalties
Unauthorized use, duplication, or imitation of any May River Medicare, theZwall Connect, or XtreamData LLC intellectual property will result in:
- Immediate cease-and-desist orders
- Claims for damages and financial penalties
- Injunctions preventing continued use of the stolen materials
- Recovery of legal fees, investigative costs, and associated expenses
